I focus on menopausal and post-menopausal women. I’ve experienced the belly fat issues that menopausal and post-menopausal women can suffer.
I’ve tried weight loss programs that just didn’t work for me in this stage of life. I understand how hormone imbalances can cause weight gain and how to correct them.
I realise that women need an easy-to-apply weight loss system that will cope with eating out, festive periods, travel and family life.
I appreciate that you haven’t got all day every day to devote to sorting out your belly fat. So in between our coaching sessions I provide the information you need in bite size pieces. The exercise ‘snacks’ I suggest are a maximum of 5 minutes long.
I don’t think expensive weird drinks are helpful. I am keen on real, wholesome food.
